**We are looking for an **Event Coordinator **to join the team in our Sydney CBD office and hit the ground running with the coordination, support and delivery of incentive programs, corporate and special events. The position sits within the Incentives and Special Events (ISE) business unit and you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and support of key accounts and events/incentive programs.**

**To be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following criteria**:
**_Essential: _**
- **Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Events/Travel Industry.**:
- **Demonstrated experience in a travel / DMC / incentives / conferencing and/or the corporate special events environment.**:
- **Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.**:
- **Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.**:
- **Excellent listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**:
- **Excellent client relationship management.**:
- **Demonstrated ability to use initiative, communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation, including executive level.**:
- **Strong organisational and planning skills with the capacity to manage and prioritise multiple events/ projects at the same time to meet project deadlines.**:
- **High level of personal and professional presentation.**:
**_Desirable _**
- **Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Event Management, Travel or other related discipline.**:
- **Experience using EventsAir, Salesforce or similar events / CRM software.**:
- **Knowledge of venues, suppliers, and destination products in Australia, Fiji & New Zealand.**:
- **Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.**:
- **Strong organisational and planning skills.**:
- **High level of personal and professional presentation.**:
- **Capacity to manage multiple events/projects at the same time.**
