**The Project**:
Located in the small suburb of Loxford in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, approximately three km north of the town of Kurri Kurri, approximately 35 km west of Newcastle and 125 km north of Sydney.

The Hunter Power Station Project is expected to have approximately 660 megawatts and will be generated via two heavy-duty open cycle gas turbines.

**About the Role**:
Deliver high quality project services to the client and provide supervision of the scaffolding and painting sections of work through coordination as directed by the Superintendent / Construction Manager and the client.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**
- Ensure site works are planned and executed safely to the construction schedule and budget
- Involvement of planning and workpack development
- Oversee and coordinate daily site activities to meet project deadlines
- Attend client and project meetings

**About You**
- 10+ years’ experience in scaffolding and/or painting on large construction projects
- Trade Qualification in rigging, welding, boiler making etc
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high pressure environment
