**TasWater Capital Delivery Office**

TasWater’s Capital Delivery Office (CDO) is responsible for delivering TasWater's major infrastructure projects. These extensive, interesting, and varied works form part of TasWater’s $1.1 billion, capital works program that is being rolled out across the state of Tasmania.
The CDO is an alliance formed between TasWater, CPB Contractors, and UGL Limited (both members of the CIMIC Group) along with WSP Australia, to create the TasWater Capital Delivery Office. Our business delivers timely, cost-effective, quality capital works solutions to meet the needs of TasWater stakeholders, and communities across Tasmania. While ensuring the best long-term water supply and sewage treatment solutions are out in place, we are also introducing new technologies.

**The Opportunity**

UGL are looking for a Reporting Coordinator for our TasWater CDO based in Hobart

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, streamline and gather internal data for project dashboard and monthly reporting.
- Analyse internal data across multiple sources to identify gaps in analytical processes and reporting.
- Build and run standard reporting and analysis templates to serve various stakeholders within the project team.
- Ensure best data hygiene practices throughout all aspects including collection, aggregation and visualisation.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and abstract information to a general understanding.
- Support the evaluation of ongoing analytics from stakeholders through automated and ad-hoc solutions.
- Develop a format and process to create a record of the project history and then implement.
- Collaborate with the Stakeholder and Communications team to produce collateral to inform Project staff of progress against milestones and other measures.

- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment
