Are you a skilled and experienced Drofus Specialist seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the architecture industry?

This prestigious architecture firm is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of Drofus Specialist for the long term

Key Responsibilities:

- Take responsibility for the management of project data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and organisation within the Drofus platform
- Log and track design issues, actively participating in their resolution and ensuring timely closure
- Extract and manipulate project data to provide valuable insights and support to design and client teams
- Assist project teams in managing design compliance, ensuring that all project requirements and specifications are met
- Play a key role in the management and compliance of project fixtures and fittings, ensuring their accurate representation within the Drofus system
- Provide data to the commercial team to support procurement and payment processes, contributing to efficient project financial management
- Offer data-driven support to assist the client decision-making and approval process, ensuring that relevant information is readily available
- Demonstrate to the client team the design compliance with key briefing documents, effectively communicating how project objectives are being met
- Manage design issues and requirements in collaboration with the client team, fostering effective communication and resolution
- Act as a key facilitator and interface within the project team, promoting collaboration and ensuring smooth information exchange

We see you having:

- Experience working in the design, coordination or delivery phases of architectural health projects
- Detail orientation, and a rigorous approach to data management within the dRofus database
- Ability to work through Q.A issues and management of clash detection protocols
- Exposure to REVIT, dRofus and excel
