**The Opportunity**:
As part of our pre-delivery inspection team you'll complete assembly of Komatsu OEM machinery including dump trucks, dozers, excavators and loaders. You'll ensure they comply with our optimum quality standard before being delivered to our clients. This will include base assembly, fitment of customer specified local options and performance testing of machinery whilst ensuring compliance with SWP installation guides and our customer’s requirements.

As a Workshop Technician you'll be supported not just professionally but personally too. Did you know Komatsu is an RTO? This means we are able to support your learning with a range of courses including trade upgrades and the best news is you're paid to do it. Our employees are encouraged to complete 2 courses per year.

Roster: Afternoon Shift 2-1030pm (plus afternoon shift loading) 5 days x 7.6 hr days + plenty of overtime available and additional OT rates apply

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Mobile Plant Mechanic Trade Certificate (Cert 3 Mobile Plant) complimented by your mechanical fitter qual (HD Mechanic/Fitter)
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment, and field service exposure, including breakdowns and diagnostics, will also be highly regarded within the construction and mining sector.
- A minimum of C class Licence
- Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills will be highly regarded.
- Working at heights qualification would be great but not crucial.
- Ability to follow required job scope & critical path.
- Safety focused mindset is paramount.
- Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work unsupervised.
