**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Location: Epping, Victoria**

With the rapid transformation of our operations and acceleration of our sales in both the export and domestic channels, the demand has been created for a Supply Chain Analyst.

This is a NEWLY created role that will see you reporting directly into the Head of Logistics to provide support to process improvement, efficiency and cost management. This role will help drive the implementation of improved processes and practices to enable a higher volume throughout focused on the customer.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**

**In this newly formed team, you will be working in collaboration with other Supply Chain Analysts to**:

- Support the delivery of the right processes for an efficient and streamlined load planning strategy and planning model.
- Support logistics processes and leverage the upcoming Digital transformation to stream-line ways of working.
- Assist with implementation of the logistics planning strategy to enable an extended and accurate load plan for both domestic and export.
- Work with the Commercial, Production & Planning, Warehousing and other cross-functional teams to generate and deliver step-change outcomes for the Kilcoy business, customers and stakeholders.
- Load planning & scheduling - all freight modes.
- Freight scheduling and execution - all freight modes.
- Collaboration and coordination with complex and broad range of people and departments with the ability to get results despite challenges.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

**Ideally, you**will be Bachelor qualified in either business, logistics, engineering, mathematics or supply chain. You will also bring with you**:

- Ability to navigate and lead change.
- Resilient and Adaptable.
- Strong inter-personal, influencing and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Results oriented.
