**The Role**

Our client is looking for experienced meat workers to join their team based in Cannon Hill.

**Responsibilities would include**
- Slaughtering tasks across the production floor such as y-cut, pelting, shoulder pull and gutting
- Trimming any defects or contamination as directed by meat inspectors
- Separating and / or handling offal at the eviscerating table
- Boning and slicing
- Production work on process line
- Chiller room operations
- General labour tasks as required
- Follow all OH&S procedures and policies

**Skills/Experience**
- MSO Cert IV is highly regarded
- Q-Fever vaccinated or willing to obtain
- Well developed knife handling skills and experience required
- Demonstrated ability to bone and/or slice at production speed
- Able to work day or afternoon shifts
