**About the role**

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the General Manager Residential Aged Care is responsible for the financial and care outcomes for the portfolio.

**About you**

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:

- Either a strong clinical background and/or General Management experience, preferably in the Aged Care or Health Care industry
- Significant leadership experience and have previously taken full responsibility for financial management and performance across a substantial portfolio
- Motivated, determined, inclusive and inspirational leadership style allowing you to implement change whilst maintaining a positive workplace culture
- An analytical approach to strategic planning, but also a willingness to listen and consider other perspectives
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly develop effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Well-developed organisational skills with demonstrated experience in meeting deadlines while juggling competing priorities
