**About the Role**

Other responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with business units across Sunwater to gather and document functional requirements.
- Managing vendor performance to support Sunwater operations.

**About you**:
Key requirements include:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Management or equivalent experience
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Experience with Office 365 Applications
- Experience with vendor management
- Experience with stakeholder relationship management
- Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills, with a working knowledge of both web development and system administration

We know how important water is to the livelihoods of our more than 5000 irrigation, industrial, commercial and urban customers, and to Queensland’s overall economic wellbeing.
