**Compass Group is a world leader in catering and support services, employing over 600,000 people across 45 countries. Reporting to the Infrastructure and Service Delivery Manager, we’re currently looking for an experienced IT Support Consultant, to join our Permanent Service Team**

**The Position**
- Act as an IT support consultant, managing escalated tickets, problem tickets and provide expert advice on common tickets both in person and remotely
- Work closely with third level Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Specialist Applications Teams to investigate problems and major incidents
- Promptly resolve problems, troubleshoot & escalate to second or third level support to assist the broader team in providing a stable, effective IT solution for the business.
- Ensuring all request/issue details are captured into the ITSM to progress and outcomes communicated to the business according to agreed service levels and resolution targets
- Create/Update knowledge base articles in order to review and amend key policies and procedures
- Provide internal systems support including switches, routers, servers, data & voice, and desktop for all users across Compass Group Australia
- Travel across Australia as required to support or deliver IT services to all Compass Group Sites

- Knowledge of Windows Server & Windows 10/11 environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online
- Excellent oral and written English
- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
