An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven **Sales Consultant** to join our **Subaru Used Vehicles Sales team **at **Parramatta**.

**What's the opportunity?**

This role will be responsible for the delivery of customer focused vehicle and aftermarket sales for preowned vehicles, ensuring **Inchcape** is the most trusted automotive distributor and retailer in Australia **for long term business success.**

**About the role**:

- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is provided to every customer
- Ensure the vehicles accurately fitted with all aftermarket products, is well presented and clean ahead of handover to the customer
- Achieving individual sales volume targets set on a monthly basis
- Advocate for finance, insurance and other income opportunities for the business to ensure ever customer is provided with and effective early introduction to the Business Manager
- Managing a database of existing guests and following up all new guests.
- Prospecting of new and existing guests through referrals and external networking.
- Negotiating and Understanding guests interests and motives.
- Forming long term business partnerships and a loyal network of repeat business.
- Ensure administrative work is completed before the customer arrives for the handover

**About You**:

- Demonstrate a customer first approach
- Highly developed selling skills
- Highly motivated and driven as you are results oriented
- Proven ability in achieving sales targets
- Demonstrated influencing and negotiations skills
- Previous experience in Automotive Sales
- Retail experience highly regarded
- A full drivers licence for the relevant state you are employed to work in and a sound driving record
- Willing and able to commit to working weekends
