Our client is a NFP and are looking for an Accounting Clerk for a 3-6 month contract with an immediate start. The purpose of the role is to provide timely, responsive, and accurate administration support to the finance team, and invoice processing functions.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process, follow up and investigation (when required) of AP invoices
- Complete month end listing and AR journals
- Bank reconciliation
- Assist with month end review and journals
- Generate and distribute finance and sales reporting as required
- Provide assistance with forecasts and budgets
- Assist the Business Support Finance team in providing data and proactive commercial advice to business units and business support groups.
- Protect agreed upon policies and procedures.
- Identify and action operational improvements across Finance functions.
- Complete additional tasks as required by the Business Support Finance BP team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Minimum 3 years in an administrative role, preferably finance administration experience
- High level computer skills in word processing and spread sheeting and other computer related activities
- Excellent attention to detail to maintain a high level of accuracy with work produced
