As an experienced waiter within our group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, garnering great reviews, and helping to train junior staff to achieve these goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded with warmth and professionalism
- Sharing your extensive product, food, and beverage knowledge to guide guests through our menus, make recommendations, and enhance their dining experience
- Leading by example in delivering impeccable service and fostering a positive atmosphere that reflects the ethos of the ST. ALi brand
- Assisting in the training and development of junior staff members, imparting your expertise and helping them to achieve excellence in their roles
- Collaborating with management to maintain the highest standards of hospitality, garner great reviews, and drive guest loyalty across all venues

To thrive in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience as a waiter in a high-volume, customer-focused hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service
- Comprehensive product, food, and beverage knowledge, with the ability to provide expert guidance and recommendations to guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to training and development, with a desire to inspire and support junior team members

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
