We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual for a part-time Bookkeeping/Administration position. As a valuable member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records and handling various administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Maintain financial records and perform regular reconciliations
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial statements
- Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
- Monitor and track inventory levels
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping and administration
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in bookkeeping and administration

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
