Handyman/woman

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman to perform general maintenance and repair tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including patch and paint, fixing leaking taps, garden maintenance, troubleshooting, preventative checks, etc.
- Ensure all safety systems are functioning properly.
- Maintain records of all repairs and maintenance work.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar related role.
- Ability to handle a variety of tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
