**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Job Title with a leading NSW Government agency.

Key accountabilities include:

- Deliver fit-for-purpose customer operations and planning processes across the Division.
- Establish and maintain responsive internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive the process improvement agenda within business activities across multifunction teams.
- Develop connected business relationships with Customer Experience leaders and specialists to build effective and professionally proficient management system content to drive quality benchmarks.
- Research, propose and promote continuous improvements, enhancements and upgrades to management system content to deliver integrated frameworks and tools.
- Actively participate in customer experience training, forums and networks to develop resilience, resources, and technical specialist capability to deliver business outcomes.
- Coach and train operational and technical specialists on concise and focused writing methods to deliver comprehensive quality documents, reports, plans, publications and specifications.

**About You**
- Experience and success in researching and translating business stakeholder requirements to design changes and deliver quantifiable improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and able to multiple task.
- Ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering change outcomes in a team environment.
