Parts Cordinator

An exciting opportunity for a Parts Coordinator to join a tight knit team at the Wetherill Park Depot. This family owned business has been a player in the Heavy Machinery market for the past 25 years, currently in a huge growth phase. Reporting to Senior Manager, you will run the Parts Department, working closely with the Warehouse and Service teams. You will be encouraged to identify and implement process improvements, and with full support, able to take ownership of the department, make decisions and play a pivotal part in the forecasted growth.- You will be responsible for:_
- Managing parts enquiries from Customers and internal Service team
- Processing and tracking orders in the internal ERP system and Excel spreadsheets
- Sourcing and negotiating with existing and new suppliers both domestic and international
- Managing stock levels, forecasting and purchasing for multiple locations
- Regularly liaising with customers and suppliers, being the point of contact for all communications

- Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary of $85 - $95,000 pa + super + company car

- About You:_
- Proven experience with Purchasing and Stock controlling in a similar industry
- Ability to take ownership, think outside of the box and make decisions
- Drivers Licence - for running company arrends when required
- Ability to interpret heavy equipment parts manuals
- Ability to create and present reports to Management
