Situated in the heart of Richmond, the iconic Swan Hotel is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager with a strong work ethic and a proven track record in a similar busy pub environment.

This is a unique opportunity to join our management team and grow with the business as we go into 2023. You will be involved in the development and training of new staff as well as a progressive beverage list.

- A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- A solid cocktail/spirit knowledge and basic wine knowledge
- Experience running a section or functions an advantage
- Impeccable presentation and hygiene standards
- Full time availability, with weekends and holidays preferred
- A solid understanding of the financial aspects of running a successful bar, including beverage costing and stock control
- Cocktail recipe maintenance and POS (Bepoz) experience an advantage
- The ability to motivate and lead the team by example
- A respectful and well mannered approach when giving direction to other staff
- A Current Victorian RSA
- Up to date with Liquor Licensing Laws and Local Council Laws

Permanent visa holders or Australian residents welcome.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
