The Implementation Manager, Aboriginal Voice Framework is responsible for planning and leading the implementation and operation of the Aboriginal Voice Framework and for providing expert advice in relation to the Framework’s administration and associated policies.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Plan and lead the implementation and operation of the Framework and associated policies, including communications, monitoring, and reporting.
- Manage the implementation and evaluation of the Framework communications action plan including developing and implementing a communications program.
- Build awareness of the Framework and promote amongst Aboriginal staff.
- Initiate engagement with School and Preschool site leaders and Education Directors to encourage, advise on and enable the promotion of the Framework across Aboriginal staff.
- Collect and collate feedback from policy and project owners about the quality and usefulness of advice provided, to inform training, mentoring and coaching opportunities.
- Regular reporting on the Framework to policy sponsors and other stakeholder groups.
- Work with the Aboriginal Workforce Initiative Team and Operational Policy to develop and deliver training for staff on the Framework policy development process.

**Qualifications**:
**Desirable**: Relevant tertiary qualifications.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO7: $ 104,938 - $113,435.
