As a Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring the success of their marketing projects.

**Position Overview**:
As a Digital Designer, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop engaging digital assets and user interfaces. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including website development, marketing concepts, and other digital platforms. Your expertise in design and proficiency in using different software tools will be key in creating visually appealing and optimized assets for multiple digital platforms.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide concept development for marketing projects and new digital assets, as directed by your manager.
- Offer design support for the UI/UX team and assist in creating visually appealing digital platforms.
- Utilize a range of software tools to create assets that meet the design brief and are optimized for various digital platforms.
- Organize your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet required deadlines.
- Continuously explore and propose new ways to enhance our design capability and improve efficiency within marketing projects.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and project goals.
- Assist the department in design tasks as requested by management.
- Support fellow designers and other teams during periods of annual leave, sickness, or as needed.
- Fulfill other reasonable duties as required from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute effectively to project objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative design solutions.
