Sydney, Australia Tandem Partners Full time

Up to circa $175K inc super p.a.
- Excellent commercial and professional culture and team environment
- Sydney CBD (Hybrid WFH)

Are you looking, or open to, a HR Manager within a market-leading, global, professional services organisation?

The current HR Manager is going on parental leave in early April, so the HR team requires a national HR leader to start in March, to manage the operations, HR advisor/business partners, and other CoE for the Australian business. This is a 10-12 month Fixed Term Contract, with the possibility to extend. Located in Sydney's CBD, with hybrid WFH on offer.

Reporting to the Head of HR, APAC, you will be working with all levels of the firm, including the C-suite and Executive Partners, as your key stakeholders, working with the Australian remit autonomously and independently, leading the HR function and also working hands-on across a range of employee life cycles and calendar cyclical activities.

More specifically, this role will see you working both strategically and operationally. You will find yourself supporting the roll-out of people plans to assist the business in developing culture, capability, and a highly engaged and effective workforce to achieve business success. Become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and be considered a key member of the management team. Work with the wider HR team to contribute to and implement projects and HR programs. Provide coaching and advice to management in relation to conducting employee disciplinary processes.

To be successful in this role you will have experience leading a small HR team, as a HR generalist, working across all areas of HR, with a demonstrated ability to foster strong working relationships and work collaboratively with leaders and employees within a complex, global, commercial environment. Ideally, you will have professional services or qualified corporate environment industry experience. You will have a strong understanding of ER/IR regulatory and compliance issues, with experience in managing and resolving complex workplace investigations and disciplinary processes. You will also have a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
