Kennedys is seeking an experience lawyer to assist a number of partners in Sydney with professional indemnity, financial institutions and Directors' and officers' liability matters.

**Types of clients**:

- Professional indemnity and public liability insurers
- Insured directors and officers
- Financial institutions
- Marine and aviation insurers
- General insurers

**Required experience**
- 2-4 years' experience with professional indemnity insurance, D&O and financial institutions.
- Have experience in providing coverage advice and acting as defence counsel.
- Demonstrate first rate legal/commercial knowledge with strong technical and research skills.
- Ability to draft, advise and negotiate in relation to both straightforward and complex matters.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Running own caseload.
