**About the role**:
Everyday will be different where you will focus on helping customers, preparing quotes, finding products and solutions for client orders.

You will support the sales team by handling inbound customer enquiries and converting those calls into sales opportunities

As the Sales and Customer Support Rep, you will also help in merchandising, stocktakes, order management and manage the front counter sales area. This is the perfect role for someone junior looking to start their career in product sales

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers with sales enquiries at the sales counter
- Answering phone enquiries from customers
- Assisting the sales team with customer orders and deliveries
- Identifying opportunities to optimise the store lay-out, stocking shelves, and assisting in stock management
- Pick orders for customers and ensure delivery on time

**About you**:

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
