Hotel Manager/licensee

The Henson Park Hotel in Marrickville is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager/Licensee to lead our dynamic team. As the Hotel Manager/Licensee, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our establishment's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. **Position: Hotel Manager/Licensee** **Location: Henson Park Hotel, Marrickville**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, stock management, and financial administration.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, and entertainment to attract customers and enhance the pub's reputation.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to maintain quality food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the pub.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
