Joondalup Cycle City is a WA Family Owned and Operated business established in 1994 & one of the Largest Bike Shops in the Joondalup area. We pride ourselves in good old fashioned SERVICE. We sell a range of bicycles, cycling apparel & parts & accessories.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Consultant that is available weekdays & weekends.

To be successful, the applicant must:

- At least 2 years Sales experience in Bike Industry ( essential )
- Has mechanical knowledge ( desirable )
- A ability to learn new systems and collaborate with team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is honest, friendly & well presented
- Self motivated with excellent organizational & communication skills.

Specifically some duties will include:

- Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive in store and determine how we can best meet their needs. Provide choice and explain the differences between the options. Narrow the options to suit customer budget, needs & preferences.
- Booking bikes into the workshop.
- Stock management - Ordering, receiving and entering stock.
- Small repairs - changing tubes, tyres, kickstands etc.
- Maintain clean and tidy workplace.
- Cashing up tills at days end, including counting out cash and tallying end of day reports with eftpos/credit card receipts.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $23.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service in Bike Industry: 2 years (required)
