**The Role**

This role is a rare opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced strata manager to join the business to manage a portfolio at a senior level while providing mentorship to their team. To be considered for this role, you must have 5 years’ experience at a senior level, have exceptional customer service skills and legislative knowledge.

**Duties**

Undertake responsibility for all management functions for a portfolio of bodies corporate including:

- Attending meetings
- Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant with WH&S, Fire Safety and other relevant legislation
- Mentoring and supporting trainees
- Understanding of Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and related regulations
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
