**The Opportunity**:
Instrument Technician Grade 5 Permanent PT

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic experienced Instrument Technician to join the team at Northern Health, Central Sterilisation Services Department (CSSD) with flexibility to work across both The Northern Hospital (TNH) and Broadmeadows Hospital (BH).

This role is to Assist and support the NUM or nominee in providing outstanding service to our clients, ensuring best practice compliant care as guided by the AS5369:2023 and Northern Health Policies and Procedures

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience of more than 4+ years and a good working knowledge in a busy fast paced CSSD
- Certificate IV in Sterilising Practices
- Leadership and In-Charge experience in the day to day activity in CSSD
- Endoscope Reprocessing
- Knowledge in Loans processes, liaising with Companies and Theatre In-Charge
- Experience in doing Theatre Set-ups
