Job Responsibilities:

- **Cold Calling**:

- Contact potential clients using a provided list.
- Introduce and explain the services offered by the real estate agency.
- Gather information about the client's needs and preferences.
- **Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients.
- Coordinate and manage calendars to ensure no scheduling conflicts.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
- Maintain a database of leads and update it with new information regularly.

**Required Skills**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills for making effective cold calls.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- **Organization**: Excellent organisational skills to manage appointments and client information.
- **Persistence**: Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and continue making calls.

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in telemarketing and sales mandatory
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus but not always required.

Compensation:

- **Hourly Rate**: Up to $35 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Working Conditions:

- This role can often be performed part-time
- Flexible working hours, but some availability during evenings and weekends may be necessary to reach potential clients.
