**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the objective of generating leads

Accurately input customer information and update the company database.

Handle objections in a positive and professional manner, striving to find alternative solutions and opportunities.

Meet or exceed individual performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Collaborate with sales team members and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Ability to adapt and think on your feet to respond effectively to customer inquiries and objections.

Confidence in making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential clients.

Resilience and the ability to handle rejection in a professional manner.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Flexibility to work 8 - 10 hours per week on a casual basis.
