About the role:
Opportunity to join Dexus as a Facilities Manager for our corporate head office location at Quay Quarter Towers in Sydney, across 4 levels. Reporting into the General Manager, National Facilities. This role will lead a team and manage and lead day to day operations related to social services across Facilities, Mail & Courier, Guest Relations, and Security. This role plays a significant part in providing a safe & positive workplace at Dexus Head Office.
How will you make an impact:
- Responsible for management of all workspace enquiries.- Management of all levels of the corporate office.- Lead Work Health & Safety across tenancy and operations.- Manage accounts payable and expenses.- Ensuring tenancy is well presented and always stocked to support business.- Vendor & supplier relationship management.
About You:
- Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in similar facilities management role.- Exposure to high end corporate environments.- Previous experience in Hospitality and Guest Relations would be desirable.- Ability to build relationships effectively.- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
