Bid Writer

This leading construction contractor, continues to grown from strength to strength in both WA and the whole of Australia. Due to the continued growth, they are now seeking a Bid Writer (Part-time)/or Full-time to further complement their existing Bid & Tenders team. This role, will provide support to the Senior Tender team, and you will play a key role in delivering quality focused tender submissions and documentation for the business.

Your primary responsibilities will be assisting the team, in ensuring the timely production of tender documents for the submission to clients in line with their defined RFI's & RFQ's, and ensured all required documentation is supplied & formatted in a timely & consistent fashion. You will also independently manage the production of complex project documentation, and ensure this documentation is clearly written for appropriate stakeholders.

You will be strongly experienced in the use of appropriate software, adobe, word, MS. Whilst being able to demonstrate a strong background in the writing of tender/bid documents & producing reports across a wide range of varying client requirements. You will be used to working to tight deadlines, and be able to evolve the processes in line with the existing company framework.
