**What you'll do**:

- Provide key administrative support to the Marketing team.
- Preparing, raising, and invoicing Project POs throughout duration of campaigns, adjusting budgets in DCP in coordination with relevant Marketing lead.
- Compiling, maintaining, and distributing accurate artist release, radio service schedules and any key Marketing campaign reporting as instructed by Snr Director
- Actioning of specific marketing activities listed in the artist plan as instructed by Marketing leads
- Provide administrative support as requested to other key departments
- Preparation for meetings - agendas, taking of minutes and distribution
- Formulating sales and consumption reports from Chartmertic, BI and Apollo.
- Assist with the set-up of artist pitching documentation for releases
- Creation of National sales fact sheets for physical products
- Distribute music as requested via MMX Promotion delivery tool
- Liaise with Operations regarding new release scheduling
- Assist Marketing team with optimisation process across platforms.
- Linkfire creation
- Briefing artist pre-saves and CRM as requested
- Keeping informed on all Sony Music Artist activity - release dates, key stats, current chart positions, streaming consumption, and media/ partner activity.
- Assist at artist showcases, meet and greets, concerts (i.e., door lists) and ticketing and meetings as required.
- Coordination of artist awards and accreditation plaques
- Updating touring schedule
- Coordination of logistics for artist travel - flights and accommodation as requested.
- Responsible for ticket purchasing and distribution for tours, maintaining ticketing grids.
- Assist with the preparation of Artist tours (e.g., co-ordinate Artist courtesies, fact sheets, asset delivery)
- Ad hoc assets creation for artist campaigns - created using either Photoshop/Canva or briefing third parties.
- Collation of assets for internal and external mailers in collaboration with key department leads.
- New Music Showcase agenda preparation
- Artist DNA and One Sheet creation.
- Sony Music office reception lunch break cover (daily) plus additional reception or general office cover from time to time on an adhoc basis

**Who you are**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator role in music or entertainment industry
- Adobe Photoshop / design skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills

Skills desired- Passionate about music and artists
- Motivated with a can-do attitude with first rate multi-tasking capability and time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment
- Capability of working as part of a team and autonomously
- Ambition to build career within label/ music industry
