**Your opportunity
NewAccess is a low intensity structured psychological early intervention program designed to provide easily accessible, free, and quality services for people with mild to moderate mental health presentations.

Our Warwick office currently has a permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Coach to join the team.

In this position you will be responsible for generating referrals and maintaining existing relationships with our stakeholders to secure continued referrals into the program. This is a very rewarding position as you will walk alongside our clients, completing their access and intake, treatment sessions and post evaluation.

The NewAcess Program delivers Low Intensity Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (LiCBT) via a structured model that our Coaches follow. The model is evidence based and outcomes driven, in order to help clients achieve their treatment goals.

Some local travel during work hours will be part of this position. LLW has a number of fleet vehicles available.

**You’ll leave a positive wake when**:

- Create awareness of this program amongst the local community and potential future clients
- Maintain and build effective relationships with our stakeholders
- Facilitate the intake and assessment process in collaboration with other service providers.
- Link consumers with appropriate community networks and refer to other support services (including employment, financial or housing assistance, or more intensive therapy services).
- Deliver the New Access Coaching model as it is intended
- Adhere to an agreed activity contract relating to the overall number of client contacts offered, and sessions carried out per week, to minimise waiting times and to ensure that the service remains accessible and convenient.

The gross annual salary range for this vacancy is $82,043.52 to $88,287.68 per annum, depending on skills, knowledge and experience.

**What you’ll bring
Our coaches will be empathetic and supportive in their approaches to support our clients through their journey to wellbeing. You will have the ability to work collaboratively in a geographically dispersed team, as well as well as working autonomously.

**Additionally, you will bring to the role:
- Diploma level qualification in Social Work, Counselling, Community Services or other related field.
- Proven enthusiasm in working in the mental health industry and the ability to learn and deliver mental health intervention programs.
- Demonstrated understanding or the ability to acquire knowledge of mental health conditions and the mental health sector
- Proven problem-solving ability.
- High level of engagement and communication skills, in person and over the phone. Proven ability and the interest to rapidly learn and develop new skills.
