Revit Designer and Drafter

Large residential home builder based in Sydney who has been operational for over 10 years is looking for an experienced residential Architect, Designer or Design Manager to head up a custom housing division of the business. They undertake projects across home building, land development and custom developments and have a strong reputation across NSW.

Stable and secure role as the company is very busy and has a strong, growing pipeline of work. Role is created due to current project workload.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- New product and concept design
- Liaising with clients and taking briefs
- Liaising and coordination with stakeholders and construction companies
- Drafting da/cc/cdc and full sets for various projects: commercial work, high-rise buildings, new homes
- Construction documentation
- Working drawings
- Report to the director of the business

To be considered for the role as Design Manager you will require:

- Degree related to design and architecture
- Revit proficiency
- Project experience in the commercial industry: boarding houses, units, schools, hospitals
- Excellent communication skills
- Good construction knowledge
- Ability to work full time in an office Monday to Friday
