We currently have an opportunity for 1x Day-Shift Logistics Coordinator (Storesperson) to join the Ballarat team. **This is a 4 month contract position** with the possibility to extension.

**A summary of the requirements are as follows**:

- Materials receiving, storage, handling and distribution, including the use of tablets and vertical storage machines;
- Quality in-inspection and off-site inspections of stock;
- Returning repairable items to Suppliers;
- Processing and updating of inventory records - Including updating all asset movements in Maximo;
- Preparation of servicing, overhaul, change-out kits, etc.;
- Organising and coordination of couriers / freight to various locations;
- Carry out inventory stock takes and spot checks;
- Other requirements as directed by the Fleet Maintenance Logistics Lead and respective site Supervisor Service Maintenance (VLine).

**Key Requirements**:

- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Excel;
- Holds an Victorian drivers and forklift licences;
- Be willing to undertake further training to achieve additional qualifications if required.
