**About the role and where you will be working**:
Our residential care team at Southern Plus East Fremantle are currently looking for an Allied Health Practice Manager to manage the daily operations Health and Wellness Centre on a part time basis.
Southern Plus East Fremantle is our premium flagship facility, boasting new amenities and providing a variety of social and entertainment services. Out residential site is capable of comfortably supporting up to 83 residents.
**We’ll also be asking you to**:
- Manage appointments, scheduling and financial billings
- Monitor and order clinical and other supplies
- Ensure practice processes, building and equipment are maintained and comply with organisational and WHS requirements
- Report on practice operations and efficiency
- Liaise with health professionals to co-ordinate practice business
- Train and manage administrative and reception staff
**About you**:
As an Allied Heath Practice Manager, you'll need to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and possess great interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be detail oriented and can work well in both a team environment and independently.
Experience in Aged Care is ideal, but not necessary. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
**To be considered for this role, you’ll need**:
- Experience with CRM and financial billing systems (e.g. MBS, HICAPS)
- An understanding of compliance, legislative and accreditation requirements relating to health/aged care
- Strong computer literacy
- Professional and positive communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
