We currently have a vacancy for an **Accounts Payable Specialist - VIC** to join our team The role is a full-time position based at our **Melbourne Head Office**.

**Overall Role Purpose**

As an **Accounts Payable Specialist - **in our team, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring ledger maintenance for own portfolio.
- Making payments, reviewing, and reconciling accounts where needed.
- Working with the Business and Service provider to ensure payments are made accurately and in a timely manner. Ensuring vendor master data for portfolio is accurate at all times

**To be successful in the role, your skills and experience will include**:

- Essential_:

- Minimum of three (3) years’ Accounts Payable experience / experience within a similar role required.
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to build rapport and interact with the business and stakeholders,
- Problem solving/analytical skills,
- People skills,
- Positive communication skills
- Critical thinking skills.
- Software skills (Word, intermediary Excel, etc.)
- Desirable _
- Previous work experience in the Freight forwarding industry.
- Tertiary related qualification or similar
