- Handling all aspects of conveyancing transactions including contracts, searches, and settlements
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all conveyancing tasks while adhering to regulations
- Collaborating with team members to support business operations and assist with administrative tasks
- Representing the company professionally as the primary contact for clients over the phone and in person
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing or a related field
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

You will also have:

- A willingness to pursue studies to become a licenced conveyancer if not already licenced
