**THE CLIENT**:
With close to 20 years in the business, our client is a very capable commercial builder that can handle projects almost anywhere in Victoria. They attracts clients from a wide range of industries and services including Legal, Education, Defence and Health amongst others. Located only 2 stops from Southern Cross, with plenty of parking space, this company prides itself on diversity and inclusiveness.

**THE ROLE**:

- Coordinating winning proposals and tenders for new projects
- Produce content for social media, campaigns and overall communication strategies
- Work closely with senior business leaders to assist in driving new business development objectives through both proposals and marketing activities
- Presentation preparation for events and award submissions
- Use your great attention to detail and creative flair to write and prepare high-quality tenders and proposals for a variety of new project wins
- You will be a self-motivated creative individual and will be looking for a role to really make your own

**ABOUT YOU**:
As a Bid Coordinator, your primary focus is supporting Director in providing a sustainable pipeline of work for the major projects business unit. You will be formulating bid presentations, evaluating initial enquiry with the estimating team, collating information using tender templates or customizing tenders, and tracking & managing the process until handing over final bids.
- Bid experience is an advantage
- Copywriting skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience working within a commercial construction firm is ideal (but not necessary)
