Could you be the Procurement - Intern joining us on a 12 month FTC?
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join our team as an intern. During your internship, you will be supporting the Project Buyer and Project Procurement Manager in their day to days activities in order to discover the procurement activities and how Alstom works with these suppliers to Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) objectives. You will have as well the opportunity to use procurement tools (Ariba, SAP, Design to Cost Analysis, EAC) and send small RFQ to suppliers
Key responsibilities:
Support Project Procurement Manager in their reporting, EAC and project dashboard activities
Support Project Buyer in RFQ preparation, analysis of ERP demand and initialization of Bid Comparison charts
Support on ERP reporting and analysis(PO acknowledgment, aging of the demand,...)
Built a bank template of Business Awarded and Cost Breakdown considering all the best practice learn during the internship
**Key Requirements**:
- Degree in Business or Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Communication skills with the ability to liaise with several levels of organization locally and internationally.
- Good skills in the office software
