Our client, Driscoll’s, is an international brand that originated in the US and has been operating within Australia since 2010, producing consistently tasty berries for the world to enjoy.

Over the last 5 years, Driscoll’s Australia has embarked on a significant growth phase to increase production capabilities. As part of this growth phase, Driscoll’s HR team is also expanding, creating an opportunity for an HR Advisor to join their dynamic and vibrant team.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide support across the end-to-end HR lifecycle. This will include recruitment, onboarding/off-boarding, talent development, succession planning, and overseeing the successful rollout and execution of people programs and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the nursery operations teams across all recruitment activities, including regular liaison with third-party labour-hire providers.
- Providing sound and credible advice, coaching and support on best practice people processes across counselling & disciplinary, performance & talent, award interpretation and management of disputes and grievances.
- Assisting in the management and coordination of the annual performance appraisal, talent development and succession planning processes, and collating data for reporting purposes.
- Supporting the HRM in the management of HR projects, including conducting reviews of existing processes, planning for new program deployment, execution and change management.
- Coordinating training events and workshops, as well as maintenance of training documentation and registers.
