**About the RACGP**
The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is the voice of general practitioners (GPs) in our growing cities and throughout rural and remote Australia. **About you**
As our Medical Educator - Practice Experience Program (PEP) Specialist you’ll have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with exposure working as a GP in a General Practice environment and have experience or an interest in medical education.

To thrive in the role, you’ll have:

- Hold RACGP fellowship and be CPD compliant.
- Experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training.
- Demonstrated high level of initiative, conceptual and analytical thinking, and high level of attention to detail.

**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Senior Medical Educator - PEP Specialist, you’ll work collaboratively with the National Clinical Lead PEP Specialist and the PEP specialist ME team to achieve the best outcomes for participants in the program ensuring delivery across medical education, strategy and remediation functions.

In addition, you’ll provide:

- Support medical education and assessment functions through induction, small group education and case discussions.
- Develop assessment materials including updating and revising content guides and education modules for the PEP Specialist training program.
- Participate in delivery and evaluation of the Workplace-Based Assessment (WBA).
- Mentorship and support for participants.
