**ABOUT YOU**
If you see yourself as a warm, caring and empathic person who prides themselves on their interaction with patients and professional staff and who really wants to make a difference, this role is for you You will be naturally team focused and ideally have led administrative/medical teams, previous experience is essential. Your professional toolkit of skills will include efficiency and process improvement, proficient IT skills and the ability to resolve common issues and strong leadership.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate staff employment and rosters
- Oversee the induction and training of all staff
- Managing staff performance and recruitment ensuring they are trained and motivated to provide high quality patient care
- Lead patient service excellence within the team
- Oversee multiple aspects of administration and general day-to-day secretarial duties
- Develop and maintain effective risk management processes and workplace safety
- Ensure all regulatory, governance and compliance requirements are met
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience working in a health service or similar environment in a senior role
- Tertiary qualifications in business management, administration or similar is highly desirable but not essential
- High level of computer literacy including proficiency with MacOS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
