**Overview**

As a Paramedical Aide, you will be responsible for providing a direct care service to aged care residents of the Karoonda Hospital and Karoonda Homes for the Aged. Working in close collaboration with other health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide empathetic and appropriate care to residents with complex needs. Your duties will encompass bed making, bathing, showering, personal hygiene and grooming, maintenance of mobility/dexterity, transportation of clients, and distribution of clean laundry/personal attire. Providing input into client assessment, you will liaise concerns or changes in aged care residents to the Registered Nurse.
