We are seeking Mental Health Support Workers who have triumphed over their mental health challenges and are driven to assist others in similar situations. In this role, you will offer support, guidance, and care, leveraging your personal journey to connect with and empower our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized support to individuals dealing with mental health challenges.
- Develop and execute care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Advocate for clients, assisting them in navigating healthcare systems and accessing resources.
- Offer emotional support and practical advice, drawing from your own mental health experiences.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Personal experience in overcoming mental health challenges.
- A passion for supporting others in their mental health journey.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental demeanor.
- Certificate III or above in mental health or community services
- Must have your own ABN (Australian Business Number).
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients.

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Licence/Certification:
