**General Manager & People and Culture**

Part time, Permanent position, 24 hours a week. Work from home and at Venus Bay, South Gippsland, Disability Services, FTE $119,766 year + Super.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our small not-for-profit organisation as General Manager & People and Culture. You will provide support for the staff of a gentleman with complex disabilities, to assist him to live safely and participate in his community. He is supported by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) 24/7 and lives in his own home in Venus Bay, South Gippsland.

**Your role will include**:

- Management and administration,
- Supporting staff in human relations management,
- Working with the team leader (Registered Nurse),
- Case management and
- Developing a constructive relationship with the committee of management, the gentleman and his family.

**You will require**:

- A minimum of two to three years’ experience with a strong understanding of employment frameworks, enterprise agreements, and HR practices.
- Formal qualifications in Human Relations and Management.
- A good knowledge of the NDIS,

As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake background (police check) and reference checks, have a current open Victorian Driver’s License and full Covid vaccination.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From $57.58 per hour
