An experienced Corporate Reporting & Performance Officer you will develop and manage reporting on key organisational plans and performance indicators. Along with contributing to the developed of plans, frameworks and performance metrics.

**About the Role**
- Support the development of corporate plans, frameworks and performance metrics.
- Develop reports and manage ongoing reporting that informs and engages stakeholders and meets legislative requirements.
- Maintain, administer and lead Corporate Strategy software systems with a view to streamline the processes, automate and improve the customer experience
- Lead and support projects in line with project management frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and deliver the agreed outcomes.
- Develop strong and effective working relationships across the organisation to enable production of accurate, timely and meaningful corporate plans and reports.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, and some relevant experience, or a lesser formal qualification with relevant experience, or substantial and relevant experience in the field of corporate reporting and performance.
- Ability to develop corporate plans that clearly articulate strategic direction, objectives and outcomes.
- Experience in developing and managing reporting that engages stakeholders and meets legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in the administration of corporate strategy software to improve user experience.
- Proficiency in the use of the full Microsoft suite of products and corporate strategy/reporting software.
