A generalised civil contracting business is looking for an experienced Foreman to join the team.

Over 40+ year in business, working closely with local government councils. We are looking for an experience foreman that has varied experience.

Office based in Blacktown region. All projects are typically located in Western Sydney.

**Your main role and responsibilities**:

- Forecasting and programming on multiple projects.
- Procurement and scheduling of labour, contractors, equipment, and materials.
- Administration; including timesheets, delivery dockets, site diaries etc.
- Start-ups, toolbox meetings and site inductions.
- Actively reduce and report on site incidences.
- Reporting and Auditing of works.
- DBYD, PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs

**Experience and Qualities required**:

- Experience as a Foreman or Supervisor within the pipelaying, roads, concreting or drainage industry.
- Experience in working with Local Government based clients.
- Excellent client relationship management
- Building rapport with sub-contractors and relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively manager staff and contractors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be organised and able to self manage.
