**Concrete Taxi**

A great opportunity exists for a part-time role in a busy office at Banyo.

Computer experience required, along with high attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Small team environment in concrete supply company.

Full training provided but must be flexible in hours in order cover sick days and holidays from the existing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling concrete deliveries in Brisbane, Perth and Sydney
- General Administration
- Inbound and Outbound calls to gather information and answer queries.
- Analysing and interpreting information to make decisions.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills
- Data entry skills - the ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Must be able to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Sound computer knowledge
- An ability to firstly quote, then convert into sales.
- Must be enthusiastic, have a great telephone manner, and a can-do attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
