The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Diploma qualified Educator looking to join a team of caring and passionate Early Childhood professionals where you will be supported and encouraged to excel and further develop your own skills and Early Childhood career?

Lilypad Early Learning Centre has a Lead Educator role within our inclusive and supportive environment for 20 children aged 18mth-2.5 years. As a lead educator you will strive to build and maintain fun and safe learning environments for children during their early years.

The lead educator position includes being responsible for program planning, program implementation, flexible routine coordination and ongoing collaboration between educators. Commitment to inclusion, respect for diversity and upholding children's rights are our priority principles.

About Us:
Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas with large play spaces, supported by generous educator: child ratios.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 106 children with operating hours from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Our centre is fully air-conditioned and is located next to public transport with staff parking options.

About You

You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid certificate
